Warranty Information
Operating for over 20 years, we are one of the longest standing Computer assemblers and distributors within New Zealand; this hasn’t been achieved by bad service or inconsistent product quality.
Our substantial commitment to customer support starts through its reseller network. Initial support is usually provided locally – where the need occurs – rather than when a faulty computer or product is returned to base. In most cases, local dealers can effect repairs within 24 hours of identifying the problem, using parts couriered from Arche’s technical support base.
Unlike some of our competitors, we keep a comprehensive supply of parts in stock in New Zealand – our customers don’t have to await couriers from Sydney or Asia before their computers are repaired.
All our computer systems are sold with at least a 12 month return to base warranty. In practice, the majority of ailing PCs can be fixed on site by our dealer network, so there are very few which need to be returned to us.
As of 1st September 2010, our Business range of PC's (those sold with Windows 7 Professional or above) will have a 36 month return to base warranty.
This applies to desktop PCs assembled by Arche Technologies only.
On-site Monitor Warranties
Philips and Viewsonic monitors have a 3 year on-site warranty handled by the respective manufacturer or their agents.
